苍附导痰丸治疗抗精神病药所致闭经疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的评价苍附导痰丸治疗抗精神病药所致闭经的有效性。方法将160例就诊于我院门诊的精神分裂症使用抗精神病药后致闭经者,辩证为痰阻闭经症者,纳入研究。所有患者随机分成两组,在原有抗精神病药物剂量不变的基础上,对照组加用安慰剂,实验组加用苍附导痰丸后,观察患者月经变化。评估疗效,并比较二者差异。结果结果显示对照组有效15例,65例无效,实验组62例有效,18例无效,二者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苍附导痰丸治疗抗精神病药所致闭经的疗效显著。Objective To study the efficacy of cangfu phlegm pill in the treatment of amenorrhea caused by antipsychotic drugs. Methods A total of 160 psychiatric outpatients who had been treated with antipsychotic drugs and who had amenorrhea induced by antipsychotic drugs were included in this study. All patients were randomly divided into two groups, on the basis of the original antipsychotic dose unchanged, the control group was added placebo, and the experimental group was treated with cangfu phlegmpills, and the menstrual changes were observed. The curative effect was evaluated, and the difference between the two was calculated. Results The results showed that 15 cases were effective in the control group, 65 cases were ineffective, 62 cases in the experimental group were effective, 18 cases were ineffective, and there were differences between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of amenorrhea caused by antipsychotic drugs is remarkable.
