康复新液联合胰岛素外敷在糖尿病足中的应用效果及护理措施探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨康复新液联合胰岛素外敷治疗糖尿病足效果与护理措施。方法选取2016年4月—2017年9月我院收治的53例糖尿病足患者为本次研究对象,分为观察组及对照组,对照组行常规护理,观察组在此基础上采取康复新液联合胰岛素外敷方式。对比两组患者临床效果及护理满意度。结果观察组总有效率为96.3%,优于对照组的76.92%(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为92.59%,优于对照组的73.08%(P<0.05)。结论康复新液联合胰岛素外敷治疗糖尿病足疗效显著。Objective To study the application effect and nursing measures of the kangfuxin liquid combined with insulin external application in diabetic foot. Methods 53 cases of diabetic foot patients treated in our hospital from April 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the object of this study, and divided into observation group and control group, control group was given routine nursing care, on the basis, the observation group adopted kangfuxin liquid combined with insulin. The clinical effcacy and nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96.3%, which was significantly superior to 76.92% of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of observation group was 92.59%, signifcantly better than the control group of 73.08% （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of kangfuxin liquid combined with insulin treatment for diabetes patients is signifcant.
