摘  要:介绍了焦炉煤气中硫化氢的危害,国家对环保工作提出了更高的要求。为适应新的环保形势,某厂通过不断的调试,保证了脱硫系统的稳定运行。当副盐浓度过高、脱硫液不能进行及时置换时,将不利于硫膏的生成,硫膏产量下降,脱硫效率降低。通过对1#和2#脱硫系统进行硫元素平衡计算,从而得出目前工况条件下,脱硫系统中硫膏和副盐的转化关系。This paper introduces the harm of hydrogen sulfide in coke oven gas,the state has put forward higher requirements for the environmental protection work.In order to adapt to the new situation of environmental protection,a factory through constant debugging,to ensure stable operation of desulfurization system.When the concentration of secondary salt is too high and the desulfurization liquid can not be replaced in time,it will not be beneficial to the formation of sulfur paste,the yield of sulfur paste will decrease,and the desulfurization efficiency will be reduced.Through the sulfur balance calculation of 1# and 2# desulfurization system,the conversion relationship between sulfur paste and secondary salt in desulfurization system under the current working conditions was obtained.
