摘　　要：介绍了一种用于褐藻酸钠干燥的新型换热装置。采用热管技术,用热管空气换热器代替原SRZ型空气换热器,提高了换热效率,降低了蒸汽消耗量,延长了设备使用寿命,杜绝了原SRZ型空气换热器因翅管渗漏带来的各种问题。Introduced a new type of heat exchanger for sodium alginate drying.Using heat pipe technology,the heat pipe air heat exchanger instead of the original SRZ air heat exchanger,thus improves the heat transfer efficiency,reduces the steam consumption,prolongs the service life of the equipment,and puts an end to the problems caused by the leakage of the original SRZ air heat exchanger due to the fin tube leakage.
