摘　　要：焦炉与焦炉之间、焦炉与初冷器前吸力之间、鼓风机后与总管吸力之间互相影响,造成焦炉集气管压力波动。焦炉集气管压力,是焦炉生产的重要参数,是造成焦炉冒烟的重要原因。集气管压力的稳定,有利于提高化产品收率,延长焦炉炉龄,降低环境污染。通过单元控制,将焦炉集气管压力波动稳定在±30Pa,有利于焦炉集气管压力稳定,尤其是避免集气管负压出现。Between coke oven and coke oven,between the coke oven and the suction force of the initial coolers and the suction between the fan and the main suction force,the pressure fluctuation of coke oven is caused.The pressure of coke oven is an important parameter of coke oven production,which is the main cause of coke oven smoking.The steady pressure of collecting trachea can improve the product yield,prolong the furnace age and reduce the environmental pollution.Through the control of the unit,the pressure fluctuation of the coke oven is stable at plus or minus 30 Pa,which is conducive to the stability of the gas pressure in the coke oven,especially the negative pressure of the collector.
