摘　　要：目的:研究北青龙衣抗肿瘤的化学成分。方法:使用95%乙醇回流提取,大孔吸附树脂、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等分离;1H-NMR,13C-NMR,MS鉴定结构。结果:分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为熊果酸乙酯(1),20(R)-24β-羟基-20,25-环氧-达玛烷-3-酮(2),1,7-二羟基-3,6-二甲氧基蒽醌(3),反式邻羟基肉桂酸(4),4-羟甲基-2-甲氧基苯酚(5),没食子酸甲酯(6),4-甲氧基-5-羟基-1-四氢萘酮(7)。结论:化合物1~4为首次从该属中分离得到。Objective: To study the anti-tumor chemical constituents of Bei Qinglongyi(Pericarpium Juglandis).Methods: The chemical constituents of Bei Qinglongyi were extracted by using reflux extraction method with 95% ethanol,isolated by macroporous adsorption resin,silica gel,and Sephadex LH-20. The structures were elucidated on the basic of 1 H-NMR,13 C-NMR and MS. Results: Seven compounds were isolated and identified as ursolic acid ethylice ster(1),20(R)-24β-hydroxyl-20,25-epoxydammar-3-one(2),1,7-dihydroxy-3,6-dimethoxy-anthraquino-ne(3),(E)-o-hydroxycinnamic acid(4),4-hydroxymethyl-2-methoxyphenol(5),methyl gallate(6),and 5-hydroxy-4-methoxy-α-tetralone(7). Conclusion: Compounds 1 ~ 4 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
