摘 要:目的:研究枸杞子提取物对高糖饮食诱导的胰岛素抵抗果蝇生长发育的影响。方法:喂食高浓度蔗糖建立果蝇胰岛素抵抗模型,导致果蝇脂肪体脂滴变大、生长速度减慢、个体变小和体重下降。通过喂食不同浓度枸杞子提取物后分析果蝇生长状态,从而研究枸杞子对高糖诱导胰岛素抵抗果蝇模型的影响。结果:喂食枸杞子提取物的果蝇脂滴明显减小、生长速度加快、蛹期面积及体积均显著增大、成虫变大、体重增加。结论:枸杞子提取物对高糖饮食诱导的胰岛素抵抗果蝇的生长发育具有显著的改善作用。Objective: To study the effects of Lycium barbarum L. extract on the growth and development of Drosophila induced by high sucrose diet. Methods: The insulin resistance(IR) model of Drosophila was established by feeding high concentration of sucrose,which resulted in the increase of fat droplets,the slow growth rate and the decrease of body weight. The growth status of Drosophila fed with different concentrations of Lycium barbarum L. extract were analyzed,thus to investigate the effect of Lycium barbarum L. on IR Drosophila. Results: The fat droplets of Drosophila were significantly decreased and the growth rate was increased. The area and volume of pupae were significantly increased,the adults became larger and with increased weight. Conclusion: Lycium barbarum L. extract can significant improve the growth and development of IR Drosophila.
