自拟青槐红花汤治疗寻常型血热证银屑病56例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药治疗寻常型血热证银屑病的临床疗效。方法:56例寻常型血热证银屑病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组(28例)用自拟青槐红花汤内服;对照组(28例)用复方青黛胶囊内服。两组均忌食腥发生冷食物,28 d为1个疗程。观察患者治疗前后银屑病皮损面积和严重程度(PASI)评分指标。结果:治疗组治愈6例(21.4%),显效14例(50.0%),好转4例(14.3%),无效4例(14.3%)。愈显率71%;对照组治愈3例(10.7%),显效7例(25%),好转13例(46.4%),无效5例(17.9%)。愈显率35.7%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后PASI评分组内比较较治疗前有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后PASI评分组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:治疗组疗效优于对照组。自拟青槐红花汤治疗血热证银屑病效果满意、可靠,无毒副作用,可供临床参考。Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the Chinese medication in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris of blood-heat. Methods: 56 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group(n = 28) and the control group(n =28); the treatment group was given Qinghuai Honghua decoction; whereas,the control group was treated with compound Qingdai capsule. The patients were asked to avoid fishy,raw or cold food,and the treatment course was 28 days. Psoriasis area and severity index(PASI) were compared before and after the treatment in the two groups. Results: There were6 healed cases(21. 4%),14 excellent cases(50. 0%),4 improved cases(14. 3%),and 4 invalid cases(14. 3%) in the treatment group,its markedly effective rate was 71%; whereas,there were 3 healed cases(10. 7%),7 excellent cases(25%),13 improved cases(46. 4%),and 5 invalid cases(17. 9%) in the control group,its markedly effective rate was 35. 7%; of which there was statistic difference between the two groups(P < 0. 05). In terms of PASI,there was significant difference between before and after the treatment in the same group(P < 0. 01); also there was significant difference between the two groups after the treatment(P < 0. 01). Conclusion: The curative effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris of blood-heat,which shows that the effect of Qinghuai Honghua decoction is satisfactory and credible and it is without any toxic reaction. This study provided relative reference for its clinical application.
