摘　　要：非结构化数据的激增给档案文化资源整合工作带来了极大挑战,针对这种情况,引入内容管理的概念可以实现不同类型资源的无障碍管理。本文在介绍内容管理概念和研究现状的基础上,构建了内容管理模型来整合各领域的档案文化资源,完成从资源到用户的全过程、一体化管理。深化政策资金支持、建立协调管理机制、完善信息技术支撑和加强用户信息素养四个方面的保障措施有利于实现内容管理和档案文化资源整合工作的无缝对接。The proliferation of unstructured data has brought great challenges to the integration of archival cultural resources. In viewof this situation, the concept of content management has been introduced to realize the barrier-free management of different typesof resources. Based on the introduction of concept and development of content management, this paper constructs a model based oncontent management to integrate the archival cultural resources in various fields and complete the whole integrated process fromresources to users. At last, we put forward the safeguard measures from four aspects of policy fund, coordination management,information technology and user information literacy, trying to realize the seamless connection between content management andarchives cultural resources integration.
