摘　　要：开放型政府为社会公众提供了参与、监督国家政务的平台,而随着自媒体的产生及全球的社会变革的到来,档案信息资源共享已逐渐成为开放型政府提供公开透明的执政过程的必要条件。作为一个新兴传播时代,自媒体时代下档案信息资源共享为人们了解开放型政府的信息、参与开放型政府的具体决策及传播开放型政府的政策法规拓宽了途径,改变着信息产生和传播的方式,符合现代公众获取信息的需求。Open government provides the public witha platform to participate and supervise the government affairs. With the adventof self-media and global social change, the sharing of archives information resources has gradually become a necessary conditionfor the open government to provide an open and transparent governance process. The sharing of archives information resources inthe era of self-media, a new era of communication, has broadened the channels for people to understand the information of opengovernment, participate in the specific decision-making of open government and disseminate policies and regulations of opengovernment, and has changed the ways of information generation and dissemination, which is in line with the needs of the modernpublic access to information.
