摘  要:在成品油管道顺序输送过程中会受到上游产能、下游销售情况的制约,会有一定时间的停输。油品界面间分子传递对混油起着重要的作用。根据呼包鄂成品油管道现场数据显示,停输期间混油量会大幅增加。文中主要以呼包鄂成品油管道停输为例,对2种常见的停输情况进行FLUNT模拟分析,总结出管道运行方案,减少了混油量。The process of product oil pipeline transportation can be restricted by upstream production and downstream sales situation,and can have a certain time of shutdown. Oil molecules on the interface transfer plays an important role in that mix oil.Hubaoe product oil pipeline field data shows that,during the shutdown mixed oil volume will increase sharply. This paper took Hubaoe product oil pipeline shutdown as an example,the two common shutdown simulations were analyzed by FLUNT,pipeline operation plan was summerized,thus reducing the volume of mixed oil.
