摘 要:由于管道在线检测运行环境特殊,空间有限,对管道漏磁检测的磁路设计造成了很大限制。为了在有限的设计空间内实现有效的磁化强度检测,根据管道漏磁检测设备的实际运行环境,分析了管道漏磁检测磁化装置的限制条件,结合管道内检测设备的机械结构特点,借助有限元分析软件对管道漏磁检测设备的磁化装置进行了设计和优化,计算效率高,仿真结果直观,为管道漏磁检测设备的设计及优化提供参考。Because of the special operation environment of pipeline on-line inspection and the limited space,it caused great limits on the magnetic circuit design of pipeline magnetic flux leakage inspection. In order to design effective magnetization intensity detection inside limited space,according to the actual operation environment of pipeline magnetic flux leakage inspection equipment,the constraints of the magnetization device of pipelines magnetic flux leakage inspection were analyzed,combining with the characteristics of mechanical structure of the pipe inspection equipment,with the aid of finite element analysis software,the magnetization device of pipelines magnetic flux leakage inspection was designed and optimized. The computational efficiency is high,the simulation results are intuitive,providing reference for the design and optimization of pipeline magnetic flux leakage inspectation equipment.
