摘  要:研究了有机蒙脱土(OMMT)对天然橡胶/丁腈橡胶(NR/NBR)阻尼材料硫化特性、力学性能及阻尼性能的影响。结果表明:随着OMMT添加量增大,共混胶M_L、M_H和M_H-M_L增大,t_(s1)和t_(c90)逐渐缩短;拉伸强度、撕裂强度先增大后减小,OMMT为4份时最佳,拉断伸长率降低,定伸应力和硬度增大,回弹性下降;滞后能量密度(HED)和阻尼系数增大。DMA测试表明,NR相损耗峰值略有减小,而NBR相损耗峰值逐渐增大,两相损耗模量E"先增大后减小,在OMMT为4份最大。The effects of organic montmorillonite(OMMT)on the vulcanization characteristics,mechanical properties and damping properties of NR/NBR damping material were studied.The results showed that with the OMMT content increased,blend M_L,M_H and M_H-M_L increased,t_(s1) and t_(c90) gradually shortened.The tensile strength and tear strength increased first and then decreased,reaching the maximum when OMMT amount was 4 phr,the elongation at break decreased,the tensile strength and the hardness increased,while the rebound resilience decreased.The hysteresis energy density(HED)and the damping coefficient increased.DMA test showed that the loss peak value of the NR phase decreased slightly,while the loss peak value of the NBR phase increased,the loss modulus(E")value of two phase increased first and then decreased,reaching the maximum when OMMT amount was 4 phr.
