摘　　要：研究了不同发泡剂对橡胶发泡行为的影响。随着发泡剂含量的增加,泡孔变细,使用OBSH发泡剂制得的发泡橡胶泡孔较均匀,在其含量为3份时效果较佳;含AC发泡剂的泡孔直径大于含OBSH发泡剂的泡孔直径,只有当其含量为6份时,直径略小于OBSH的泡孔直径。且含AC发泡剂的发泡橡胶,其泡孔直径波动较大,泡孔大小不一,分部不均匀;而含OBSH的发泡橡胶,其泡孔直径较小,泡孔分部均匀,且在含量为3份时效果较佳。The effect of different foaming agents in rubber foaming behavior was studied. With the increase of the content of foaming agent, the cell becomes thinner, the foaming rubber cell made by OBSH foaming agent is more uniform, and the effect is better when the content of foaming agent is 3 phr. The diameter of cell containing AC foaming agent is larger than the diameter of the cells containing OBSH blowing agent and is only slightly smaller than the diameter of the cells containing OBSH only when the content is 6 phr. The foam rubber containing AC foaming agent has large cell diameter fluctuations, different cell sizes and uneven distribution. In the case of the foam rubber containing OBSH, the cell diameter is small and the cell distribution is even, and the effect is better when the content is 3 phr.
