摘　　要：橡胶轮胎加工设备冷却通道结垢会造成胶料性能改变,本文从冷却水结垢成分进行分析,对常用酸反应机理、酸洗分类、酸洗设备、应用实例、废液处理等几个方面进行阐述,对橡胶设备酸洗除锈具有实际指导意义。Scaling of cooling channels in rubber tire processing equipment will cause changes of compound properties. In this paper, the cooling water scaling components was analyzed, the common acid reaction mechanism, pickling classification, pickling equipment, application examples, waste solution treatment and other aspects are described,which has practical guiding significance for pickling and derusting of rubber equipment.
