摘　　要：文章根据双辊式连续铸轧法生产铸轧铝带坯的生产工作原理,结合现场生产实践,对铸轧铝带坯的几种常见缺陷进行总结,分析了其产生的原因并提出了相应的消除方法,目的是减少废料量、提高成品率、降低生产成本,同时提高企业竞争力。Bases on production working principle of twin-roll continuous casting process for casting-rolling aluminum strip,and combine with site production practice,this paper summarizes several common defects of cast aluminum strip and analyzes its causes and proposes corresponding elimination methods. The aim is to reduce the amount of waste,improve the yield,reduce the cost of production and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
