摘 要:基于Feder模型的思想,构造教育部门与非教育部门这两个部门,以浙江省为研究对象,利用1978—2014年的年度数据,实证研究浙江教育投入对经济增长的影响。研究发现:(1)非教育部门的要素边际生产率高于教育部门,加快非教育部门的快速发展非常必要,这符合浙江长远发展战略目标要求;(2)教育部门对非教育部门具有正效应,加快发展教育尤其是高等教育对浙江经济增长具有重要促进作用。未来,浙江需要进一步加强高校均衡发展,加强教育与区域经济增长的协同发展,多渠道拓宽教育融资,并加快高等教育科技成果转化为现实生产力。Based on the idea of Feder model,constructing the two departments of education sector and non education sector,taking Zhejiang Province as the research object,using the annual data from 1978 to 2014,this paper empirical research on the impact of education investment on economic growth in Zhejiang. The study found:(1) the marginal productivity of factors of non Education Department is higher than that of the department of education,so it is necessary to accelerate the rapid development in the non educational Department,which is conformed to the Zhejiang long-term development strategic objectives and requirements.(2) there is positive effect of education department on non education department,accelerating the development of education especially higher education has an important role in promoting Zhejiang' s economic growth. In the future,Zhejiang needs to further strengthen the balanced development of higher education,strengthen the coordinated development of education and regional economic growth,broaden the education financing channels,and accelerate the transformation of higher education and scientific and technological achievements into practical productive forces.
