摘 要:对采用电力电子开关器件替代传统机械有载开关切除阻尼电阻的方法进行了讨论,对阻尼电阻切除速度提升所引发的暂态过渡过程变长以及非过零同步触发引起的继生暂态过程问题进行了重点研究和讨论.首先,对快速投切电路以及存在的问题进行了介绍和总结,并对阻尼电阻快速切除电路影响消弧线圈成套装置残流及残流时间的机理进行了数学解析,对影响过程进行了详尽分析;其次,利用Simulink仿真软件搭建了10.5,k V补偿电网仿真模型,并针对典型的故障和双向可控硅触发工况,对阻尼电阻快速切除的影响进行了仿真分析,利用合作企业试验平台验证了上述问题和过程.最后,提出延时切除及过零同步触发的技术解决方案并验证其有效性.The approach to using power electronic switching instead of traditional mechanical switches to removedamping resistance is discussed mainly. The paper focuses on prolongingof the transient transition process caused by rapid removing action and the inherited transient process caused by the non-zero-crossing synchronization trig-ger. Firstly,the rapid switching circuit and its existing problems are introduced,after which we analyze the mecha-nism of influence on residual current and residual time caused by the action,and describe the influencing process in detail. Secondly,by using Simulink software,the model of the damping resistance switching circuit is established which is applied to the 10.5,kV voltage class. Simulation and analysis of the influenceare carried out for the typical fault situation and different trigger condition of bidirectional thyristor. The influence is proven by test using the plat-form of the cooperative company. Finally,the solution of delaying removing and triggering with zero-crossing is proposed and verified.
