摘 要:黄芪种子硬实及内源抑制物质的存在,导致黄芪发芽率低,严重制约了黄芪人工栽培的规模化生产。为探明不同预处理在不同光照条件下对黄芪种子萌发的影响,设置7个黄芪种子预处理,分别在光环境和暗环境下培养,观察黄芪种子萌发情况。结果表明,机械破种及浸种均能显著提高种子发芽指标,其中,双因素组合浸种法的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数均为最高;全光照和全黑暗条件对黄芪种子萌发的影响均不显著。Hard seed and the presence of endogenous inhibitory substances in Astragalus membranaceus seeds lead to low germination rate of Astragalus membranaceus, and which seriously restricts the large-scale production of artificial cultivation of Astragalus membranaceus. To explore the effects of pretreatment under different light condition on seed germination of Astragalus membranaceus, seven pretreatments of Astragalus membranaceus seeds were set, under light and dark environment, respectively. The results showed that breaking and soaking the seed of Astragalus membranaceus could significantly improve seed germination index, of the seven pretreatments, the germination rate, germination potential and germination index of the double factor combination seed soaking method were the best. While light and darkness had little effect on the seed germination of Astragalus membranaceus.
