摘  要:生物质炭自身的结构和性质决定了其具有离子交换能力较强、孔隙结构发达、官能团含量高等优点,这些优点决定了其对环境污染物具有较好的吸附效果,可有效改善土壤质量、促进植物生长。蚯蚓作为土壤中生物量较大的生物类群,能够改善土壤质量、修复被重金属污染的土壤,其生态修复功能和经济价值也日渐受到重视。目前,大多学者只针对蚯蚓或生物质炭进行了单独的试验研究,对二者的联合作用效果研究甚少。试验探究了生物质炭和蚯蚓共同作用于土样后对Pb2+的吸附效果,包括生物质炭的制备、蚯蚓培养以及土壤单金属批量吸附试验。结果表明,当生物质炭投加量为1%和3%时,蚯蚓与其联合作用于土样后,土样对Pb2+的吸附量均有所增加,并且生物质炭投加量为3%的土样对Pb2+的吸附量增加较显著,说明蚯蚓与生物质炭联合作用具有增强土样对Pb2+吸附能力的趋势。Biochar has been added by many environment protect scholars, because its high cation exchange capacity and abundant space structure and oxygen containing functional groups. Biochar can absorb the organic pollutants and heavy metals in soil, so that it can improve the quality of soil and repair the soil which polluted by the heavy mental. In the same way, people pay more and more attentions on earthworm as its high ability of ecological restoration and remarkable value of ecolomic. At present, Most scholars have studied only earthworms or biomass charcoal, and there are few studies on the combined effect of the two. Therefore, this study explores the combined effect of earthworm and biochar on adsorption of Pb2+in soil. The experiment including the preparation of biochar and the train of earthworm and the adsorption of heavy mental Pb2+. The results show that the combined effect of biochar and earthworm increase the adsorption of Pb2+in soil at every concentration. According to the experiment could get the conclusion: the combined effect of earthworm and biochar has the increase trend on adsorption of Pb2+in soil.
