摘  要:选用4种不同的固溶温度对铝基碳化硅板材进行热处理,研究不同固溶温度对铝基复合材料组织与性能的影响,通过抗拉屈服强度、硬度、断面收缩率、弹性模量等力学指标对其性能进行表征,结合显微组织、SEM断口形貌对各固溶温度下的材料组织与性能进行分析,结果表明:随着固溶温度升高,铝基碳化硅复合材料强度、维氏硬度先升后降,弹性模量、断面收缩率在试验温度区间先无明显变化,而是达到一定温度后急剧下降;提高温度有助于加强铝基体与Si C增强颗粒间界面结合强度。In order to study the effect of solution temperature on the microstructure and properties of aluminum matrix composite,solution treatment at four different temperatures was conducted on aluminum matrix composite. Tensile strength,yield strength,Vickers hardness,reduction of fracture surface area and Young's Modulus were studied to characterize the properties,and the microstructure and SEM fractography were analyzed. The results show that the tensile strength,yield strength and Vickers hardness of the composite increase firstly and then decrease with the temperature increasing,while Young 's Modulus and reduction of fracture surface area of composite have very small change firstly and then decrease rapidly with the temperature increasing. The strength of interface between matrix and SiC particles is strengthened due to the increasing temperature.
