摘  要:为有效提高三光带激光三维人脸扫描仪的性能,提出一种基于辅助窗平面的优化方法。通过在测量区域的前沿安装窗平面,不但可有效定位扫描系统的测量区域,保证获得完整的待测人脸三维点云模型,最主要的是借助窗平面左右竖直边框散射的辅助光带可实现对三条测量光带的快速、可靠分组,有效解决了原扫描系统要求的在首帧图像中必须同时包含三条测量光带的问题。实验结果表明所提方法算法简单、鲁棒性强,使得扫描测量过程更加易于操控。In order to optimize the performance of the three-stripe laser human face three-dimensional (3D) scanner designed in our laboratory, an auxiliary window plane method is proposed. The auxiliary window plane is mounted in front of the measuring zone. This method can not only effectively locate the measurement area thus ensuring to acquire complete 3D point cloud of the measured face but also index three measured light stripes in the same image with the help of the auxiliary light stripes scattered from left and right vertical boarders of the window plane; this validly solves the problem existing in the original 3D scanner which requires the inclusion of three measured light stripes in the first image. Experimental results show that the proposed method is simple, robust, and makes the control of scanning process easier.
