摘  要:长管拖车火灾事故调研显示,在火灾事故中,多数气瓶处于轮胎着火形成的局部火烧环境。根据实际火灾事故条件设计了长管拖车气瓶的局部火烧试验。试验结果验证了GB/T 33215—2016标准中对长管拖车气瓶充装空气的泄放量计算方法的正确性和泄放装置排放能力的可靠性。通过瓶内气体升压和泄放阶段温度压力变化过程的试验数据分析,揭示了在局部火灾环境下气瓶热响应规律。该研究为长管拖车气瓶设计、运行使用和风险防控提供有力的数据支撑。Investigation of long tube trailer fire accident shows that in fire accidents,most cylinders are in the local fire environment caused by the tire fire. Local fire test was designed for the long tube trailer gas cylinder according to the actual conditions of fire accidents,and the result showed that the correction of safety discharge calculation method about GB/T 33215—2016 standard for the long tube trailer cylinders filled with air is validated,as well as the reliability of the calculation results of the discharge capacity of pressure relief devices. The heat respond law of cylinder heat in a local fire environment was also revealed by the test data analysis of pressure and temperature change process of gas pressure and release stage. The study of this article provides strong data base for the design,operation and risk prevention of the long tube trailer cylinders.
