摘　　要：对液化天然气内罐用9% Ni钢板在轧制后表面出现的麻点成因及控制措施进行了详细介绍,对影响其表面质量的坯料处理、加热、除鳞及轧制等环节进行了综合分析,通过采取改进工艺、加强管理等措施后,达到了提升表面质量及生产出客户满意产品的最终要求。Pitting causes and control measures of 9% Ni steel plate surface after rolling article were introduced,which used in liquefied natural gas inner tank.A comprehensive analysis was carried out about billet handling,heating,descaling and rolling,which affected the quality of steel plate surface.By improving the process,strengthening the management,improving surface quality,the products are brought to meet the technical requirements and customer satisfaction.
