摘  要:乙烯装置加氢尾油裂解炉配套的材质为A335P11的一次注汽管线,是混合器的冷、热稀释蒸汽汇合点。在530℃操作温度下,有管线部分弹簧支吊架失效以及其连接焊缝反复产生裂纹的现象发生。经过模拟运行工况得知,此焊缝裂纹产生的原因是管线在运行过程中应力超标、冷热注汽切换时温变较大导致。通过采取更改管线走向、注汽点管台更换新型式、更换及新增部分弹簧支吊架的改造方案后,2a多的实际良好运行表明了优化改造的成功。The cold and hot dilute steam convergence point of a steam injection mixer in the convection section of ethylene unit hydrogenation cracking furnace was repeatedly generated at530 ℃temperature.Field inspection showed that the spring support and hanger failure of pipeline was found,and the weld crack was confirmed due to the high stress of pipeline during operation,and the temperature variation caused by the temperature variation during hot and cold steam injection.The workshop contacted the design institute to optimize the transformation plan,change the pipeline trend,replace the new type of steam injection point tube station,replace,add some spring support and hanger and redistribute the load.Through the actual operation of two years,it shows that the optimization reconstruction scheme is successful,and the problem of frequent cracks in pipeline welding line is thoroughly solved,and the purpose of eliminating the safety hazard in production process is reached.
