添加Li_2O对ZnO-BaO-B_2O_3-SiO_2系统玻璃结构与性能的研究

摘  要:采用熔融冷却法制备了添加Li_2O的ZnO-BaO-B_2O_3-SiO_2体系玻璃。采用FT-IR、DTA对添加了Li_2O的ZnO-BaO-B_2O_3-SiO_2系统玻璃的结构和析晶性能进行了研究,并测试了玻璃的转变温度和热膨胀系数、显微硬度和化学稳定性等性能。结果表明,少量的Li_2O对该系统玻璃结构和析晶性能没有显著影响;当Li_2O质量分数为1.5%,玻璃的均化程度高、玻璃性能好、化学稳定性达到最好。随着Li_2O含量的增加,热膨胀系数呈先减小后增大的趋势,在Li_2O质量分数为1.0%时出现最小值。ZnO-BaO-B2O3-SiO2 glass with Li2O was prepared by molten cooling method. The influences of Li2O addition on the structure and crystallization ability of the glass were studied by FT-IR and DTA, glass transition temperature and thermal expansion coefficient, micro-hardness and chemical stability of the glass was measured. The results show that the small amount Li20 does not influence the structure and crystallization remarkably, when the mass fraction of Li2O is 1.5%, the homogenization of glass is high, the glass property is good, and the chemical stability is the best. With the increase of Li2O content, the coefficient of thermal expansion decreases first and then increases, and the minimum value appears when the mass fraction of Li2O is 1.0%.
