摘  要:"一带一路"作为党中央、国务院统筹国内外局势作出的一项重大决策,受到社会各界的广泛关注。空间数据作为国家的战略信息资源,对"一带一路"建设和发展具有重要的支撑作用。针对当前"一带一路"建设过程中空间信息保障能力不足的问题,从"一带一路"倡议全局的角度,剖析空间信息智能服务在"一带一路"区位发展中的定位。从方案总体设计和空间信息应用服务平台设计两方面,提出"一带一路"空间信息智能服务体系的总体构架。以"数据获取-数据融合-数据更新"为主线,探讨保障空间信息智能服务顺利实现的若干关键技术,为"一带一路"空间信息智能服务平台的建设与应用提供重要指导和参考。The "One Belt and One Road" is a significant decision made by the CPC central committee and the state council based on the situation at home and abroad, and receives wide attention from all sectors of society. As the country's strategic information resources, spatial data plays an important role in the construction and development of the "One Belt and One Road". Aiming at the problem of insufficient space information support capability in the process of the "One Belt and One Road" construction, this paper firstly analyzed the strategic positioning of geospatial intelligent service in the "One Belt and One Road" construction and development from the perspective of "One Belt and One Road" global strategy. And then, the overall framework of the "One Belt and One Road" geospatial intelligent service system was proposed based on the design of the overall scheme design and space information application service platform. Finally, according to the main line on "information acquisition-information fusiondata update", some key techniques of ensuring the smooth implementation on geospatial intelligent service were discussed. This study can provide important guidance and reference for the "One Belt and One Road" geospatial intelligent service system construction.
