摘 要:针对山东一煤矿煤层两分层开采情况,基于上保护层开采理论,利用UDEC数值模拟软件对上保护层下工作面开采边界煤柱宽度留设进行了模拟和优化,并解释了上保护层开采防冲机理。研究表明:上分层开采有"降压、耗能、减震"作用,能够显著降低下分层的应力集中程度;但当下分层煤体开采至上分层残留煤柱附近(外错、平齐或内错)时,下分层煤体在上分层残留边界煤柱影响下易形成应力集中,冲击危险性高;最终确定该模拟条件下下分层煤体开采煤柱宽度85m(即,内错上分层残留煤柱10m)时,下分层开采受上分层煤柱影响最小,应力集中程度最低,下分层开采最安全。According to a coalmine in Shandongtwo,based on the theory of protective layer mining,the problem of the boundary coal pillar under the upper protective mining were discussed using UDEC numerical,the width setting of coal pillar is simulated and optimized,and explains the protection layer mining and erosion control mechanism. Research shows that upper protective mining can significantly reduce the stress concentration of the stratification; but the current coal mining first hierarchical layered residual coal pillar,residual layer coal in coal pillar under the influence of boundary layer easy to form stress concentration,the impact of high risk; finally determined under layer coal mining coal pillar width 85 m under this simulated conditions(i. e.,wrong layered residual coal pillar10 m),slicing mining by layered coal pillar with minimal impact on the degree of stress concentration under the lowest layer mining safety.
