摘　　要：文章阐述了含硬夹矸薄煤层机械化开采的背景,并着重介绍了MG200/456-QWD型交流电牵引采煤机滚筒、截齿的改进,以及薄煤层硬夹矸的处理工艺,认为综采采煤机的选择、改进和硬夹矸的处理等关键技术处理得好,硬夹矸薄煤层开采的效益还是非常可观的。The article expounds the background including thin hard thick coal seam mechanized mining,and emphatically introduces the MG200/456-QWD ac traction shearer drum,improvement of,and the treatment technology of thin coal seam hard dirt band,the thought of the fully mechanized coal winning machine selection,improvement and hard dirt band treatment such key technologies as well,hard and thick thin coal seam mining benefit is very considerable.
