摘　　要：建于1984年的某辐照厂停产多年后于2012年开展了废放射源的治理工作,实际工作中发现因年代久远和管理不善,存在源项资料不全和整备回收外部条件不具备的现象。本文总结了此次治理过程中的经验教训,并对以后的工作提出了建议。1n 2012 , the management of spentωCo sources was carried out in a 1984-built irradiation plant , which is discontinued for many years. 1t is found in actual work that due to the time elapsed and poor manage-ment , there is incomplete source- term information , and extemal conditions for reconditioning and recycling are not available for them. The lessons leamed in the process of management are summarized , along with some suggestions for future work proposed.
