大采高综采工作面缩面贯通后的支护方案研究

摘  要:神东矿区石圪台煤矿31301-2综采长壁工作面机尾段缩面贯通后,针对工作面矿压变化对机尾段的支护方案和效果进行分析研究。结果表明:浅埋深厚积岩大采高综采工作面顶板压力不稳定,缩面贯通后,缩面区段成为压力集中区域,需要用加强连锁木垛、木点柱和液压支柱单体配合的方式加强支护,以免初次生产时造成顶板下沉,压死设备。缩面后新端头推进通过空顶区、离开压力集中区后方可长时间停机,回撤缩面区段的液压支架。After the breakthrough of the shortened work face in No. 31301-2 fully-mechanized mining face with large mining height of Shigetai coal mine,the supporting scheme and effect in the tail section was researched for the change of strata pressure in mining face. The results show that the roof pressure of fully mechanized mining face with large mining height in the conditions of shallow buried and thick bedrock is instable,the shortened workface section becomes the pressure concentration area after the breakthrough of shortened workface,which needs to strengthen support in order to avoid the roof subsidence and crushing equipment,the working face can stop production for a long time and withdraw hydraulic supports in the shortened workface section after leaving the unsupported area and stress concentration area.
