摘　　要：介绍了采用加重泥浆解决钻进工艺难点的具体做法,提出了建立严格的泥浆管理机制;泥浆性能必须随钻每班测试;稀释配比和防塌防涌水配方灵活运用才能确保钻孔内安全,加快钻进速度。This paper introduced the concrete methods of solving drilling technology difficulty by using weighted mud and proposed strict mud management mechanism. The mud performance must be tested with drill per shift and the dilution ratio and formula for anti-collapse and anti-blood must be flexibly used to ensure safety drilling and accelerate the drilling speed.
