大学生公益创业发展的困境与对策

摘　　要：当前,我国大学生公益创业方兴未艾,创业规模不断扩大、创业分布较为集中、创业内容丰富多彩、创业形式项目为主,但作为一个新生事物,在发展过程中还面临着法律、法规及规范的缺失、社会支持明显不足、治理主体协调不够、内部扶持存在偏颇等困境,需要我国政府尽快制订相关法规政策,加强治理主体资源整合,重点增强高校内部对大学生公益创业的扶持,在全社会范围为大学生公益创业活动创设良好的舆论氛围。At present, college students＇ commonweal entrepreneurship in our country is in the ascendant.The entrepreneurial scale is expanding; its distribution is relatively concentrated; the entrepreneurship is rich and colorful; and its form is featured by projects. However, as a newborn thing, there exist predicaments such as that the laws and regulations are still not in place in the process of development, the social support is obviously inadequate, the main body of governance is not sufficiently coordinated, and internal support is biased. The Chinese government needs to formulate relevant laws and policies as soon as possible to strengthen the governance of main resource integration and focus on strengthening the internal support for college students＇ commonweal entrepreneurship, and actively creates a favorable public opinions＇ atmosphere for the activities of college students＇ commonweal entrepreneurship.
