民航甚高频VoIP语音质量研究

摘　　要：VoIP技术是一种基于IP分组的语音网络通信技术,随着网络传输技术和语音技术的飞速发展,未来民航地空通信VoIP技术的应用将成为一个大的趋势,本文分析了重点VoIP语音质量时延因素及造成影响,并给出了欧洲WG67工作小组的标准。VoIP technology is a kind of voice network communication technology based on IP grouping,with the rapid development of network technology and speech technology,the future application of VoIP technology in civil aviation air ground communication will become a big trend,this paper analyzes the key factors of delay VoIP speech quality and influence,and gives the European WG67 working group standard.
