摘　　要：在中国寻求符合自己的工业4.0道路,利用大数据建立智能的设备管理体系是煤炭行业乃至所有现代设备管理人员需要探讨的课题。通过回顾工业革命进程,结合我国国情以神东设备维修中心为背景,探讨了设备管理的差距,提出了新的智能管理、维修策略及信息安全措施,旨在剖析工业4.0带来的设备管理变革与创新。In industry 4. 0,using big data to establish intelligent equipment management system is very important for the coal industry and even all modern equipment managers. By reviewing the process of the industrial revolution,combined with China’s national conditions,the problems existing in equipment management in Shendong equipment maintenance center were discussed,the new intelligent management,maintenance strategy and information security measures were proposed,and the change and innovation of equipment management which brought by the industry 4. 0 was analyzed.
