摘　　要：通过分析雷波乳化液泵站吸液阀座失效的原因,提出对磨损失效的密封段进行激光熔覆堆焊后再车削加工的修复工艺和专用工装,恢复了吸液阀座使用性能,提高了零件使用效率,减少进口零件的采购量。Based on the analysis of the failure reason of the absorbency valve seat of Leibo emulsion pump station,the repair process and special tooling that laser cladding overlaying welding and turning was used in the sealing segment of wear failure was proposed. Moreover,the service performance of the liquid absorbency valve seat was restored,the use efficiency of parts was improved,and the purchasing quantity of the imported parts was reduced.
