百善煤矿“L”型巷采工作面流程式综合防尘技术

摘　　要：粉尘不仅严重危害井下的工作环境,还直接危及职工的身心健康。针对"L"型工作面局部通风产尘量大、粉尘治理难的问题,提出了"流程式"综合防尘技术,重点介绍了个体防护、湿式打眼、煤层注水、水泡泥、放炮喷雾、放炮前后洒水、冲刷巷道、净化水幕、全断面捕尘网和封闭式防尘罩、煤流式喷雾等措施。通过实测,"L"型工作面除尘效果高达87%,创造了良好安全的生产环境。Dust not only endangers the underground working environment,but also endangers the health of the workers directly. According to the dust control problems of L-shaped working face with local ventilation,the comprehensive dustproof technology was proposed and the main measures of dust control,such as the individual protection,wet drilling,coal seam infusion,spraying before and after blasting,scouring tunnel,purifying water curtain,dust collecting net and closed dust cover were introduced. The actual measurement shows that the dust removal effect in L-type working face is up to 87%,which creates a good and safety production environment.
