经阴道彩色多普勒超声对子宫内膜息肉的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的研究经阴道彩色多普勒超声应用到子宫内膜息肉诊断中的价值。方法在2015年2月~2017年6月门诊收治的疑似子宫内膜息肉患者中选出130例为研究对象,对全部患者进行经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查和经腹部彩色多普勒超声检查,与手术后结果进行对照,统计两种方法的诊断符合率、灵敏度和特异度。结果经阴道彩超检查的诊断符合率为95.38%,经腹部彩超检查的诊断符合率为86.15%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经阴道彩超检查诊断子宫内膜息肉的灵敏度96.58%显著高于经腹部彩超检查诊断子宫内膜息肉的灵敏度88.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两种方法诊断的特异度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫内膜息肉准确率高,诊断的灵敏度和特异度较高,且检查速度快、显像清晰,可重复检查,患者检查中的舒适度高,可作为子宫内膜息肉诊断中的一个重要辅助检查方法。Objective To study the value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial polyps. Methods A total of 130 patients with suspected endometrial polyps who were treated in the outpatient department from February 2015 to June 2017 were selected as the subjects,all patients were examined by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography and transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound,and compared with the postoperative results.The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the two methods were compared. Results The diagnostic coincidence rate of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound was 95.38%,and the diagnostic coincidence rate of abdominal color Doppler ultrasound was 86.15%,the difference was significant（P 〈0.05）.The sensitivity of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of endometrial polyps was significantly higher than that of transabdominal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of endometrial polyps,the sensitivity was 88.89%（P 〈0.05）;The specificity of the two methods of diagnosis was not significant（P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography has high accuracy in diagnosis of endometrial polyps.The sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis were high.And the examination speed is quick,the picture is clear,may duplicate examination, the patient inspection comfort is high,may be used in the endometrial polyp diagnosis an important auxiliary examination method.
