奔跑位双镜联合肾镜、输尿管镜治疗复杂肾输尿管多发性结石的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究奔跑位双镜联合肾镜、输尿管镜治疗复杂肾输尿管多发性结石的临床效果。方法以2016年8月~2017年8月在我院接受治疗的复杂肾输尿管多发性结石患者47例作为研究对象,采用随机分组法分为对照组和研究组,对照组23例,采用肾镜治疗,研究组24例,采用肾镜、输尿管镜双镜联合治疗,比较两组临床治疗的效果。结果研究组手术时间和术中出血量、尿素氮和肌酐水平均低于对照组,临床治疗效果91.7%高于对照组65.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奔跑位双镜联合肾镜、输尿管镜治疗复杂肾输尿管多发性结石的临床效果显著,体位更舒适安全,减少手术时间和手术风险,具有应用的价值。Objective To study the clinical effect of running position nephroscope combined with ureteroscope in the treatment of complicated renal ureteral calculi. Methods A total of 47 cases with complicated renal ureteral calculi in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected as subjects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group （n=23） was treated with nephroscope,and the study group （n=24） was treated with unning position nephroscope combined with ureteroscope.The clinical efficacy between two groups was compared. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss,urea nitrogen and creatinine levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the clinical efficacy was 91.7%, which was higher than that in the control group （65.2%）,and there was significant difference between two groups （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of running position nephroscope combined with ureteroscope in treatment of complicated renal ureteral calculi is obvious,the position is more comfortable and safe,and the operation time and the risk of operation are reduced,worthy of clinical application.
