探讨肾性高度水肿患者颈外静脉与四肢浅静脉留置针的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析探讨肾性高度水肿患者颈外静脉与四肢浅静脉留置针的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年2月~2017年1月收治的肾性高度水肿的患者120例作为研究对象。将120例患者随机分为两组,实验组患者60例,对照组患者60例。实验组患者采取颈外静脉留置针穿刺,对照组患者采取四肢浅静脉留置针穿刺。对比两组患者首次穿刺成功率,静脉压的发病率,水肿加重率等。结果治疗后发现,实验组患者首次穿刺成功率为85%,对照组患者首次穿刺成功率为70%,实验组患者的首次穿刺成功率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者出现静脉炎,堵塞等不良事件的发生率为10%,对照组患者不良事件发病率为80%,实验组患者的临床不良事件发病率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为肾性高度水肿患者进行穿刺输液治疗,首选颈外静脉留置针输液治疗,等患者的水肿消退后,再选择四肢浅静脉留置针穿刺输液治疗,从而提高患者的临床治疗效果,提高患者的预后。Objective To analyze the application effect of indwelling needle in external jugular vein and superficial vein of limbs in patients with high degree of renal edema. Methods 120 patients with high degree of renal edema in our hospital from February 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the study subjects.120 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group of 60 patients,the control group of 60 patients.The patients in the experimental group were treated with external jugular vein puncture,and the control group were treated with the puncture of the superficial vein.The success rate of first puncture,the incidence of venous pressure and the rate of edema were compared between the two groups. Results After the treatment,the successful rate of the first puncture was 85% in the experimental group,and 70% in the control group.The first puncture success rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence of phlebitis,blockage and other adverse events in the experimental group was 10%,and the incidence of adverse events in the control group was 80%.The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with high degree of renal edema treated by puncture and infusion,the external jugular vein indwelling needle should be the first choice.After the patient＇s edema subsided,and then choose four limbs superficial vein indwelling needle puncture infusion treatment,so as to improve the clinical treatment effect of patients,and improve the prognosis of patients.
