摘　　要：目的综合分析氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林对我国心绞痛患者的疗效。方法使用中文医学搜索引擎查找相关研究,按标准纳入最终研究文献,将文献分为心绞痛稳定型、不稳定型组及老年组,使用Meta综合分析吡格雷联合阿司匹林与单独使用阿司匹林疗效差异。结果各组合并效应量落在无效线的右侧,表明联合用药因素总体会增加心绞痛患者治疗的治疗有效率。结论氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林联用药治疗心绞痛的效果优于单独使用阿司匹林治疗。Objective To analyze the effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin on patients with angina pectoris in Chinese. Methods Chinese medical search engine was used to search for related research,and the literature was included into the final study literature according to the standard,the literature was divided into stable angina pectoris group,unstable angina pectoris group and elderly group,meta analysis was used to analyze the difference between clopidogrel combined with aspirin and aspirin alone. Results The combination and effect fell on the right side of the ineffective line,indicating that the combined use of drugs can increase the treatment efficiency of patients with angina pectoris. Conclusion The effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of angina pectoris is better than that of aspirin alone.
