小剂量纳美芬用于结直肠手术老年全麻患者苏醒期疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨小剂量纳美芬用于结直肠手术老年全麻患者苏醒期的疗效。方法选择2014年7月~2016年7月在宜兴市人民医院拟行全麻下行结直肠肿瘤切除术患者40例,将患者随机分为纳美芬组(N组)和生理盐水组(S组),每组20例。两组分别给予盐酸纳美芬0.15μg/kg(用氯化钠注射液稀释至5mL)和生理盐水5mL。记录并观察比较给药后两组患者的自主呼吸恢复时间、拔管时间、回忆起出生日期时间及苏醒期血压、心率及疼痛评分。结果两组给药后30min内呼吸恢复率均为100%。N组患者自主呼吸恢复时间、拔管时间、回忆起出生日期时间均显著短于S组(P<0.05)。两组患者苏醒期血压、心率及疼痛评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小剂量纳美芬可以改善接受结直肠手术老年患者全麻苏醒质量,不增加术后疼痛。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of low dose namefen in the recovery of elderly patients undergoing colorectal surgery under general anesthesia. Methods From July 2014 to July 2016,40 patients with colorectal neoplasms undergoing general anesthesia in Yixing people＇s Hospital were selected.The patients were randomly divided into two groupsnalmefen group（n=20） and saline group（n=20）.The two groups were given namefen hydrochloride 0.15μg/kg（diluted to 5mL with sodium chloride injection） and saline （5mL）.The spontaneous respiration recovery time,extraction time,recall date of birth and blood pressure,heart rate and pain score of the two groups after the comparison were record and observed. Results The respiratory recovery rate was 100% in both groups within 30 min after administration.The time of spontaneous respiration recovery,extubation and recall of birth date in group N were significantly shorter than those in group S（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in blood pressure,heart rate and pain score between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Low-dose namefen can improve the quality of general anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing colorectal surgery without increasing postoperative pain.
