侧卧位单侧固定椎间融合在老年患者腰椎退变疾病中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究侧卧位单侧固定椎间融合在老年人腰椎退变疾病中的应用效果。方法选取2012年2月~2016年2月期间我院收治的老年人腰椎退变疾病患者90例作为研究对象,按治疗方法分为两组,45例行单侧椎弓根螺钉固定(A组),45例患者行双侧椎弓根螺钉固定组(B组),对比手术时间、住院时间等指标。结果 A组手术时间、住院时间等指标均短于B组(P<0.05)。其中,A组住院费用(25 000.69±64.95)元,B组(40 000.94±87.22)元,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 A组手术方法是一种切实有效的腰椎融合术式,可有效减少出血量,但远期疗效仍需进一步随访与研究。Objective To explore the effect of unilateral intervertebral fusion in lateral position in elderly patients with lumbar degeneration disease. Methods From February 2012 to February 2016,90 cases of senile patients with lumbar degenerative disease were selected as the objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the treatment methods.Forty-five cases were treated with unilateral pedicle screw fixation （group A）,forty-five patients were treated with bilateral pedicle screw fixation group （group B）.The operative time and length of stay were compared. Results The operation time and hospitalization time in group A were shorter than those in group B （P 〈0.05）,Among them,the hospitalization expenses of group A were （25 000.69±64.95） yuan and group B （40 000.94±87.22） yuan,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The A group operation method is a practical and effective method of lumbar fusion,which can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding,but the long-term effect still needs further follow-up and study.
