关于提升基层科研院所党课创新性的思考——以“两学一做”学习教育党课为抓手

摘　　要：作为"两学一做"学习教育的关键环节之一,提升党课的创新性,增强党课的特色性,加强党课的理论性、针对性和实效性,对于提高"两学一做"学习教育的效果和党建科学化水平,具有十分重要的现实意义。为深入了解基层科研院所党课特别是"两学一做"党课学习的实际情况,探索创新党课学习,本课题对医药生物技术研究所党员队伍状况进行了统计分析,在部分在职职工党员和学生党员中进行了问卷调查,了解他们感兴趣的党课内容、对近年来党委书记集中专题党课的评价以及对"两学一做"党课的建议。通过调研分析,结合院所和党员队伍实际,就党课的特性、地位、作用、范围、内容和方式等方面的创新性,进行理论阐述和对策思考。As one of the key links of ＂two learning and one doing＂ learning education,it is of great practical significance to improve the innovation of the party class,enhance the characteristics of the party class,strengthen the theory,pertinence and effectiveness of the party class for improve the effect of ＂two learning and one doing＂ learning education and the scientific level of the party building.In order to deeply understand the actual situation of party lessons in basic scientific research institutes,especially the ＂two learning and one doing＂ party lessons,and to explore innovative party lessons,this topic was carried on the statistical analysis to the medicine biotechnology research institute party member troop condition,and was carried on the questionnaire survey in the partial in-service worker party member and the student party member,understood their interest party class content,their interest in the evaluation of the secretary of the party committee in recent years concentrated thematic lectures as well as to ＂two learning and one doing ＂ the party class suggestion.Through the investigation and analysis,combined with the actual institutions and party members,on the innovation of party＇s characteristic,position and role,scope,content and methods,this paper made theoretical analysis and countermeasures.
