摘  要:通过对液压凿岩钻车钎杆实施磷化浸蜡处理工艺,不仅可以改善钎杆的外观质量,更重要的是能提高钎杆内外表面的防腐能力,减小钎杆内外表面在使用过程中受矿水腐蚀的影响,防止钎杆在海运途中被海水浸蚀,提高钎杆的凿岩寿命。本文主要介绍我公司磷化浸蜡生产线的主要生产工艺及装备结构,该生产线调试投产后实现了批量生产,提高了生产效率,降低了劳动强度及生产成本。Phosphating and wax filling process, which is applied to drilling rods for the hydraulic drilling jumbo, can refine the cosmetic quality of a drilling rod. More importantly, it can improve the anti-corrosion capability of the interior and exterior surfaces of the drilling rods, reduce corrosion of mineral water on these surfaces during use and prevent sea water from etching the drilling rod. As a result, the service life of the drilling rod is increased. The paper mainly covers the key production processes and equipments of our company ’ s phosphating and wax filling production line, which achieves mass production, increases productivity and lowers laboring intensity and production cost after commissioning and being put into service.
