摘　　要：坚定"四个自信"是开展对外工作的必然要求、根本保证和内在动力。对外工作要以道路自信为统领,以理论自信为动力,以制度自信为保障,以文化自信为根魂,统筹发展和安全两件大事、统筹国际国内两个大局,开创新局面。天津外事工作要牢固坚定"四个自信",以"四个意识"为保障,推动天津外事工作取得新成果。#Four matters of confidence# is the necessary requirement, fundamental guarantee and internal motivation to carry out our foreign work. Foreign work should take confidence in the path as orientation, theory as a power, political sys-tem as guarantee, culture as source and soul, make overall plans of development and security and take into consideration both the domestic and the international situations so as to create a new situation. Safeguarded by #four consciousnesses#, the foreign affairs offices at all levels of Tianjin should be firmly confident in our path, guiding theories, political system and culture to make new achievements.
