摘　　要：不动产测绘是不动产权籍调查的重要组成部分,是开展不动产登记的前置工作。我国不动产长期分散登记的历史状况,导致了作为不动产测绘重要技术指标的不动产测绘精度指标在多个标准规范中分散描述,且互不关联。本文通过现有不动产测绘指标体系的分析,建立了面向不动产登记的统一的不动产测绘精度指标体系,希望对不动产测绘相关标准规范的制定有所帮助。Real estate surveying and mapping is an important part of the investigation of real estate rights,and is also the pre work of the real estate registration.The history situation of long term decentralized registration in china led that as an important technical indicators of real estate surveying and mapping of precision indicators which was decentralized description in a number of standard specifications,and unconnected.We analysis of the existing real estate surveying and mapping index system,establish a unified real estate registration precision index system for real estate registration,and can help the development of real estate surveying and mapping standards.
