摘　　要：不动产测绘是指通过测绘手段测定房屋、土地、林产、草原、海洋等相关不动产的自然状况、权属状况、位置、数量、质量以及利用状况的专业测绘,它是进行不动产登记的前提。本文以不动产测绘关键技术及标准化研究成果为基础,提出了房地不动产测绘技术应用示范区建设方案。本文研究成果可为不动产相关标准和技术体系应用示范建设提供思路。Real estate surveying and mapping is a specialized surveying and mapping that using surveying method to survey the information of houses,land,forest,rangeland,marine,and so on.The surveying content includes natural condition,ownership status,location,quantity,quality and utilization for above real estate area.Based on the results of the project of the key technologies and standards for real estate surveying and mapping,the construction scheme for application and demonstrative region for surveying and mapping of houses and land is introduced in this paper.Result of this paper can be used to guide the construction of application and demonstrative regions for technologies and standards of real estate surveying and mapping.
