摘　　要：淮稻18号由江苏徐淮地区淮阴农业科学研究所以淮稻14号为母本、徐23121为父本进行配组,系统选育而成,2015年通过江苏省品种审定委员会审定,是一个集丰产性、综合抗性、优质于一体的迟熟中粳稻新品种。主要阐述了淮稻18号的主要特征特性及高产栽培配套技术要点,以期为该品种大面积推广应用提供参考。The new japonica rice variety Huaidao 18 was successfully bred by system selection from lines of Huaidao 14 as female and Xu 23121 as male by Huaiyin Institute of Agricultural Sciences in Xuhuai Region of Jiangsu. In 2015, it was approved by Jiangsu Provincial Vari-ety Approval Committee. It is a late maturing mid-ripening japonica rice variety with high yield, comprehensive resistance and high quality. In this paper, the main characteristics and high-yielding cultivation technical points of Huaidao 18 were discussed in order to provide reference for the popularization and application of this variety.
