我国磷石膏资源化利用现状及对策建议

摘　　要：介绍了我国磷石膏产排状况及其综合利用、资源分布情况。阐述了磷石膏产品更新状况,着重分析了磷石膏加工工艺技术革新情况,包括磷石膏制硫酸联产水泥生料集成粉磨的新工艺,磷石膏制备墙体砖的工艺,制备高品质磷石膏的湿法磷酸新工艺,硫磺分解磷石膏制硫化钙工艺,磷石膏制备硫酸钾工艺,正交法制备钾钙肥工艺等。分析了磷石膏资源化应用领域拓展状况,包括不同领域应用、用作土壤调理剂。从加强综合协调、增加税收和相关政策的支持力度、加大专项资金的支持力度、各级部门落实相关配套政策、完善行业标准体系几方面,提出了磷石膏综合利用建议。最后对磷石膏的开发研究方向进行了展望。The status of phosphogypsum production and its comprehensive utilization and distribution of resources in China were introduced. The status of phosphogypsum renewal was described. The phosphorus gypsum processing technology innovation process was analyzed, including new technology of phosphogypsum to produce sulfuric acid and cement raw material grinding process integration, wall brick using phosphogyp-sum, wet process for preparing high-quality phosphate phosphorus gypsum, phosphogypsum decomposition process of calcium sulfide sulfur, the preparation process of potassium sulfate from phosphogypsum, orthogonal method the preparation process of potassium calcium fertilizer. The development of the application field of phosphogypsum resources was analyzed, including the application of different fields and the use of soil conditioner. Suggestions for comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum were put forward from aspects of strengthening comprehensive co-ordination ,increasing support for tax and related policies, increasing support for special funds, implementing relevant supporting policies at all levels, and improving industry standard system. Finally, the development and research direction of phosphogypsum was prospected.
